Cancellation Policy

When you contract our software by accepting the Terms of Use, the clauses below apply:

• The subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment period.
• Cancellation may be made at any time, with no penalty or termination fee charged.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to the e-mail address support@denouncefy.com
• If cancellation is requested at least 24 business hours before the renewal date, no new charge will be made.
• Cancellations after renewal guarantee access until the end of the period already paid, with no pro rata refund.
• After the end of the contracted period, access to the system and to all features will be discontinued.

Non-payment

• In cases of non-payment, access to the system may be suspended or canceled.
• If the channel is canceled due to non-payment and the client wishes to reactivate it, the outstanding monthly fees must be paid before reactivation.
